The keys to ramen are the stock and the components that make up the soup. We call our restaurant ‘Shyun’ which means ‘season’ in Japanese because we are committed to using the freshest, most nutritious seasonal ingredients.
Our devotion to our homemade stock, a combination of pork bones and chicken, lovingly simmered is manifested by the balance of savoury taste, ‘umami’ in Japanese. Enjoy a steamy bowl of Shyun ramen and you will be transported to the real Japan. Gambatte!
